Who we are

The founder of this firm is Iulian Nita (Constanza, 1978), member of the bar association of Madrid, since 2007.

Iulian Nita is licensed in Law and Economy by the University Carlos III of Madrid in 2003, from which he also possesses a Master’s Degree in the Practice of Law and Business Legal Consulting

Before founding NITA ABOGADOS, he worked for 8 years as a Lawyer for several ACS Group companies.

Iulian Nita is fluent in Spanish, French, English, and Romanian.
